The more you can make this type of subject matter an integral part of your life, the more you'll be able to suppress your hitherto negative thought patterns and replace them with new positive ones. You're going to have to do some work on this but as long as you recognize that 'Rome wasn't built in a day' and work on it little and often, you'll soon start to see some impressive results.

Law of Attraction states, simply, that you attract into your life whatever you focus upon. Period. Well, in our work, we're very focused on the deliberate use of Law of Attraction.

Know that any of us has the power to create whatever life we desire simply by applying Law of Attraction in a specific and deliberate way. This is very powerful. But there's also a downside to the power of Law of Attraction ... you attract into your life whatever you focus on.

By focusing your attention on the things you don't want - too much debt, too many bills, things that have gone wrong - guess what you are going to start appearing more and more in your life? You guessed it ... more of the same. And so there's a pretty scary downside.

If you are not being consciously aware of the things you are focusing your though upon, and if your default position happens to be on those things you don't want (which is true for a lot of people), then Law of Attraction will go ahead and give you more of the same. And so that is the reason the deliberate use of Law of Attraction is so key. By applying Law of attraction deliberately ... focusing consciously on what you want ... you can control what you are attracting.

This can be a very elusive concept. Remember, the thoughts you have lead to words, which lead to a feeling, which leads to an action, which determines the vibration you are sending. Law of Attraction matches your vibration.

So how do you mind your vibration? By being very mindful of and monitoring the language you are using in your conversations. And taking the time to correct your language whenever you catch yourself.

Of course you probably realize there's one specific conversation which requires a lot of attention. And that's the ongoing, never ending conversation you are having with yourself. You know what I'm referring to ... it's there right now even while you are reading this.

We have this constant stream of self-talk in our head which is constantly commentating onwhat we are seeing, what we are doing, and what we are thinking. It's so easy to spot once we're paying attention. You'll hear phrases such as "that's stupid", "that was dumb", "this isn't going to work", "I always fail", etc.

Well, in everyone of those examples, your self talk is entirely focused on what you don't want. And Law of Attraction doesn't know the difference between what you want and what you don't want. It only gives you what you are focused on.

Each and every time you say something like that, whether out loud to someone else or silently to yourself, you are committing self sabotage. So pay attention to the language you use religiously. Every single time catch yourself, stop, and rephrase what you said or thought.

"So, what is it I do want?" "That's interesting", "this works for lots of people, it can work for me too", "I always succeed when I put my mind to it".

As you become more consciously aware of your language, you will begin to get better at refocusing on the things that you do want. And when you get better at that, the your results will become much better as well. There will no longer be a downside of Law of Attraction for you because you are using it deliberately.
